Foodservice ordering adapters

Map source orders deterministically and certify restaurant edge cases with the LIP adapter kit.

@loyalty-interchange/adapter-kit defines a source-to-LIP contract and emits a lip.adapter-certification/1 report. It checks valid/reconciled foodservice orders, deterministic replay, distinct operation keys, declared capabilities, adjustments, line kinds, and tender types.

The reference corpus covers modifiers, combos, split tenders, comps, discounts, taxes, tips, offline replay, duplicate delivery, voids, and partial refunds. A green report covers only the supplied adapter and fixtures; it is not a vendor endorsement.

For Square, Toast, Olo, PAR Brink, NCR Aloha, or Oracle Simphony, first map stable order/check id, scope, item/modifier/combo hierarchy, discount vs comp, tax/tip/fee eligibility, multiple tenders, business date, event time, and source-linked refund deltas. Partner payload and retry details vary and must be verified in an authorized sandbox before compatibility is claimed.

Use certifyAdapter only for a clearly labeled partial run; it does not require the complete shared foodservice scenario set.
