Create a private plan from JSON or CSV:
Required fields are external_member_id, identity_value, and integer available_balance; optional fields are identity_type, member_id, and unit. Duplicate ids/identities are rejected. Opening balances are explicit migration adjustments with qualifies_for_tier: false. The 0600 output contains identity data and must not be committed. After applying the operations through the normal API, export target state and reconcile:
Punchh- or Paytronix-style sources may also contain household links, locked balances, expiration lots, banked rewards, tier history, and consent. Those require an explicit source adapter; a generic CSV import is not a claim of vendor compatibility.
